Our company, Molino Latina (and Our brand Fari'), was founded in 1970 in Giarratana (RG - Italy). We are one of most active mills in Sicily operating in the production and distribution of high quality cereals, legumes, flours for pizza-making and bakery products and, since November, specialised semolinas for premium segment pasta-making.We combine the most modern processes, such as cylinder roller milling, with quality of craftsmanship and more traditional ones, such as stone milling.We use the varieties of Sicilian ancient grains such as Russello, Timilia, Margherito, Senatore Cappelli, Perciasacchi, Maiorca with a low glycemic index (greater tolerability and better digestibility) as well as raw materials carefully chosen and selected (exclusively from certified Sicilian organic farming) without the use of pesticides or other chemicals.FrancescoMarketing & Sales Office
